We manufacture RO membrane housing or FRP pressure tube for RO Water treatment industry. These housing or pressure vessels are manufactured with computer controlled winding and design processes. These tubes are available in both side port and end port in all lengths and pressure classes.
We regularly manufacture 2 product categories, the following are the details:
Fibermite eco series membrane housings ( Maxxeal) - In Fibermite eco series membrane housings we have moulded nylon endcaps with self threading and are most suitable for CPVC/UPVC piping and can also be used for SS Piping with threading. These housings are very popular in the retail and commercial segments which enjoy a major market share. We can also provide 8” SS Feed Port for fixing of vitriolic coupling at an extra price.
Fibermite Std Series membrane housings - In fibermite Std Series membrane housings we have Aluminium Composite Endcaps for 8” housings and Heavy Duty Plastic Endcaps for 4” housings. The 8” Endcap are of superior quality with SS Feedport for fixing of vitriolic coupling during pipeline work. The wall thickness and internal length of the housing is higher as per international standards. The housings are suitable for OEMs and industrial requirements.

1. Filament Wound FRP Tube- FRP Housings are manufactured with computer controlled winding machine, designed for long term use & tested as per industry standards.
2. Finger Pull SS Retaing ring- Designed to make sure the end caps stay in place during high pressure and also user friendly, for easy installation and removal for the operator without any extra tools.
3. Sturdy and Impact resistant end cap- Impact resistant nylon end cap designed for leak proof sealing and hassle free usage.
4. Composite End Cap for high pressure housing- Composite end cap i.e Aluminium bearing plate coupled with impact resistant sealing plate and thrust cone designed for leak proof sealing & long term use.
5. Internal mirrror finish for easy membrane loading- Manufactured with special internal lining for smooth mirrored finish with a tolerance of +or- 0.1 for easy loading and unloading of membrane.
6. High gloss and UV resistant external finish- These are smoothly finished and coated with high gloss and UV resistant paint for long term use of the housing.
